Referrals are all assessed at Northern Devon Hub, then passed to the appropriate accommodation provider. The referral will be put on a waiting list.A time is arranged for the prospective service user to visit the accommodation and have an interview with two staff members where they will be assessed for suitability.
Phone Youthline (0300 303 0099, 24 hours daily) which is responsible for assessing the support needs of young people aged 16-25 in Birmingham and for arranging appropriate levels of support. For over 25s Call in at Midland Heart's Homeless Services Centre, 44 Bradford Street, Birmingham, B5 6HX, Mon-Weds, Fri 10am-6pm, Thurs 10am-2pm or phone 0345 602 0540, daily 24 hours.
Enquiries can be made at any time to the 24 hour helpline (0800 567 7699), however for referrals please call Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm, if you are unable to do so you can call out of these hours and a scheduled call back will be booked to make a referral.
