To make a referral you can telephone, drop in to our centre Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or email us. An application form must be completed by referral agency or the individual before interview. Risk assessment are always completed and we may require additional information to help us make our assessment. Referrals to supported houses via Initial Contact Team only.

Application form completed by referrer and/or prospective resident with help from staff if required. If appropriate, this is followed by needs and risk assessment at face to face interview.
First come, first served basis. Entrance at 8pm. Last admissions at midnight. Those already using the service need to pre-book night by night in order to retain their bed. Even when full always find accommodation for additional single homeless women and vulnerable men.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm for an application form or download one from website. Require 2 references, one of which must be a medical reference. Applicants stay at the community for a week on a trial basis.
