Phone to check vacancy details. If there is a vacancy, the referring agency is required to fill out a Guest Referral form on behalf of their client. If able to accept guest they will be given directions to the shelter for that evening. Guests should not turn up at the venue without their agency completing a referral first. All spaces must be booked in advance.
Phone 24 hours daily. Acceptance always subject to receipt of the Pathways Universal Referral Form [PURF] and interview. Must be able to prove benefit entitlement. Aim to assess all referrals within 24 hours for assessment beds.
