Call in at KCAH Mon-Fri 10.30am-1pm to meet with an Advice Support Worker. At present, we still run a drop-in advice surgery. If homeless on the day, KCAH will look to source an accommodation option. Kingston connection only. Some of our own accommodation provision is more restricted and referrals are made through a local multi-agency panel.
Applicant must complete a hostel application form (HAF). HAF can be emailed or posted to applicant, or they can attend service at any time to pick up a HAF. Can phone or call in at anytime and any day. HAF must be completed with as much information as possible.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. Referral form with Risk and needs assessment completed by agency.. Require references and relevant background information about housing, health and criminal history. The applicant will also need to sign a guest agreement with the referrer.

Apply through county wide referral system, interview to discuss support and assess needs. Applicants should speak to their homelessness dept for referral advice or call the scheme direct for support in applying.
