Phone call email or write. Satellite office so no reception. Application form to be completed by prospective resident prior to interview. Proof of ID required and background information from other agencies working with applicant. Also accept HRS applications.
Phone between 7.30am - 10pm for an application form. If the applicant complies with the referral criteria then an interview with be arranged with 2 members of staff. After the interview the applicant will be contacted to explain the next stages.
