People may approach Bench Outreach, the Jericho Road Project or Deptford Reach for referrals. People may also self refer via the 999 Club Gateway (from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 12:00). self-refer but accessing 999 Club day centre from 0900-1200 Monday to Friday.

Referrals can be emailed at any time. Assessments will be offered Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm. Referral form can be requested via post or email. Applicants will ideally provide ID and proof of benefits (if available). References will be requested as part of the assessment process.

Require proof of ID and background information about history of homelessness, offences, etc. If referring offenders or people with substance misuse issues a referring agency risk assessment may be required.
