To make a referral you can telephone, drop in to our centre Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or email us. An application form must be completed by referral agency or the individual before interview. Risk assessment are always completed and we may require additional information to help us make our assessment. Referrals to supported houses via Initial Contact Team only.
Phone daily. Interview. Require proof of ID. Applicant may be offered an emergency bed for up to 2 weeks, during which time a more detailed needs assessment is made to determine the level of support required.
For the main hostel and outlying properties all vacancies are allocated through the Housing Related Support service co-ordinated by Suffolk County Council. Online application is required to be completed.
