All referrals via St Clare's Day Centre. Referral form downloadable from website. Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat-Sun 9am-11am or call in Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am - 12pm Tuesday & Friday – 9am - 10:30am to St Clare's Day Centre for assessment.
First come, first served basis. Entrance at 8pm. Last admissions at midnight. Those already using the service need to pre-book night by night in order to retain their bed. Even when full always find accommodation for additional single homeless women and vulnerable men.
Phone daily 9am-8.30pm - may accept referrals later in emergency. Applicant/agency completes referral form prior to interview. Require proof of ID and background information about history of homelessness, offences, etc. If referring offenders or people with substance misuse issues a referring agency risk assessment may be required.
Operate from 2 January – 12 March 2018, from 2 April – 11 June 2018 and from 2 July – 10 September 2018. Referral via agencies or directly through 999 Club from Monday to Friday between 0900 and 1200. Identification and proof of benefits required.
All referrals are made by completing a SCS referral form which can be found on the access community trust website under Housing/Fife centre tab for agencies and people wishing to refer out of area. Local referrals can be made at the Marina Centre in Lowestoft, (council office) or Bridgeview. Referrals can be made at the Fife Centre prior to booking an appointment. Initial assessments and risk assessments will then be carried out to assess need and suitability.
