Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for an application form, completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview. Need proof of ID, eg letter from DWP with NI number or from other referral agency, and relevant reports.
After referral is received, interview with 2 staff members. combined needs and risk assessment. Offer of room will be given within 12 -24 hours. If no room available then the applicant will be put on waiting list.
For both the core and hub services, prospective residents are invited for an interview. For the core service: They will require proof of identity, income and immigration status, and if accepted, will require £37.42 personal contribution for 2 weeks in advance (if in receipt of benefits).
Enquiries can be made at any time to the 24 hour helpline (0800 567 7699), however for referrals please call Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm, if you are unable to do so you can call out of these hours and a scheduled call back will be booked to make a referral.
