Require proof of ID and background information about history of homelessness, offences, etc. If referring offenders or people with substance misuse issues a referring agency risk assessment may be required.

Referrals sent to Regent House by Medway Council and considered in priority order (determined by the Council). When applicant reaches top of the list, Regent House staff will contact and arrange a date/time for an assessment interview.
