The most common way to refer is via the Inform website. If it is a self-referral, or the referring agency does not have access to Inform, they can apply via the CHS website. Applications will be considered when a room becomes available. Suitable applicants will be invited for interview, and may bring the referrer/support worker or friend with them Offers will be made by the multi-agency Allocations Panel.
Write, phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-11.30pm, Sat & Sun 4.30pm-11.30pm. Application form. Interview. Allocation panel determine whether applicant accepted and their priority for moving in. May request additional background information.
Phone, call in daily 7am-9pm or write. Prospective resident and agency complete application form prior to interview. Require proof of ID and background information from involved agencies, including YOS and probation reports.
Referral hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 16:00. We accept self-referrals and referrals from external organisations. If a referral is from a partner organisation a referral form is required as well as background information about the service user.
