Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Interview considers applicant's commitment and ability to participate in the programme. If no vacancies, placed on waiting list. Will help with claiming benefits, and getting ID and funding.
Potential customers will be invited for an assessment meeting.
Take enquiries from 4pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday. Do not accept referrals on Thursdays or Sundays.
Referral agencies provide risk assessment and personal details. Require proof of ID and proof of income before moving in.
All referrals must go via START (South Thames Assessment, Resource and Training Team) or Supported Living Team, the Complex Needs Panel.
