If able to accept guest they will be given directions to the shelter for that evening. Guests should not turn up at the venue without their agency completing a referral first. All spaces must be booked in advance. we do not accept direct referrals; we only take guests from agencies who we hold a signed service level agreement with.
The most common way to refer is via the Inform website. If it is a self-referral, or the referring agency does not have access to Inform, they can apply via the CHS website. Applications will be considered when a room becomes available. Suitable applicants will be invited for interview, and may bring the referrer/support worker or friend with them Offers will be made by the multi-agency Allocations Panel.
