Referrals are made through the East Suffolk Council housing needs teams and details are uploaded onto their HRS (Housing related services) system . Young person is then contacted invited to look around and attend informal interview.
We are part of the Colchester Joint Referral Panel (JRP) for supported housing providers so referrals usually come through the JRP. However, we can take referrals direct on occasion and make the panel aware of this. For more info about the JRP please contact Gintare.firstname.lastname@example.org

Phone, call in Mon-Fri 9am-10pm or write. 5 spaces are for referral from Watford Borough Council. Application form completed by prospective resident and agency prior to interview. Require proof of ID and references.
Phone daily 8am-9pm for electronic Application form. Assessment conducted within 14 days, decision after a further 7 days. Background checks made with agencies which have previously worked with the person. Require proof of ID - NI card/passport. May require medical history and social reports if appropriate.
