Call in at Midland Heart's Homeless Services Centre Mon-Weds, Fri 10am-6pm, Thurs 10am-2pm or phone daily 24 hours. Customer to undertake SIFA assessment will be completed and referral sent into service. Organisations can directly refer to Zambesi. Call and ask for referral application form. Customers can direct refer at service.

We are direct access self-referral accommodation in the main hostel and are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Only accept in house referrals for Parkview & Shared house.
