Call in at Midland Heart's Homeless Services Centre Mon-Weds, Fri 10am-6pm, Thurs 10am-2pm or phone daily 24 hours. Interview and assessment may be face to face, details may be taken by phone or referral form may be forwarded from eg Birmingham City Council Neighbourhood Office. New residents must make a claim for housing benefit on next working day. Initial referral of 28 days can be extended by 3 months subject to reassessment by Homeless Single Point of Access.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or email for a referral - short telephone application to complete or fill in form and post it back. One to one needs assessment. Require supporting reports for those in receipt of other services.
Applicants or any agency are welcome to telephone us direct to discuss if we can assist with offering a place, and a friendly interview is arranged to ensure we are the right place to support that individual. Interviews usually take place Monday -Friday but we welcome telephone calls at any time.
