Referrals are all assessed at Northern Devon Hub, then passed to the appropriate accommodation provider. The referral will be put on a waiting list.A time is arranged for the prospective service user to visit the accommodation and have an interview with two staff members where they will be assessed for suitability.
Phone or email to request an application form. Once completed this should be sent back where a decision will be made on the suitability of the applicant. Evidence of serial exclusion, description of support needs and details of ongoing support required.

Applicants welcome to visit for a look around the service and an informal chat with staff and residents. Interview and risk and needs assessments are completed on receipt of completed appropriate application form.
