Referrals are all assessed at Northern Devon Hub, then passed to the appropriate accommodation provider. The referral will be put on a waiting list.A time is arranged for the prospective service user to visit the accommodation and have an interview with the service manager, referrer and/ or housing support worker. The service manager requires the Hub referral form before interview. Floating support -FS worker contacts the person referred and arranges either a home visit or a clinic appointment.

Phone Youthline (0300 303 0099, 24 hours daily) which is responsible for assessing the support needs of young people aged 16-25 in Birmingham and for arranging appropriate levels of support.
