Safer Stronger Women

Safer Stronger Women is one of twenty nine charities from across England, working with women who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, that has been awarded a grant from Homeless Link’s Ending Women’s Homelessness grants programme, funded by the Government’s Tampon Tax Fund.

The Safer Stronger Women’s project will help reduce the number of women who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in Cornwall by:

  • Developing a trauma-informed network of organisations that will help strengthen collaborative working across sectors to better support vulnerable women.
  • Developing a transition programme to aid resettlement for Eastwood Park’s Cornwall residents.

Providing a range of flexible interventions that offer practical solutions to help women overcome barriers and access support.
