The Outcomes Star ™

In-Form comes with the Homelessness Outcomes Star built in as standard and included in the licence cost.

With In-Form Enterprise, we can include any of the other Outcomes Stars developed by Triangle Consulting Social Enterprise. You will need to arrange training and Star licences with Triangle before we can do this. 

If you don’t use the Outcomes Star, we can build alternative distance travelled tools to your specification.
