Our mentoring scheme is available to all leaders working in homelessness or supported housing. It is designed to provide a confidential, safe space for reflection and discussion.

About our mentoring service

Our mentors will support each mentee so they are able to take control of their own development and work. They will listen and ask questions that will challenge the mentee to identify the course of action they need to take in regards to their own leadership development.

The mentoring scheme is structured around 6 sessions, each lasting 45 minutes.  It is important to us that the mentor and mentee are able to build a trusting relationship that allows for open conversations. As such the first mentoring session is offered for free, and at the end of the session if you are happy we would ask you to commit to a minimum of 5 further sessions. The frequency of the meetings can then be flexibly arranged to suit individual needs. Currently the sessions will take place online.

We may choose to evaluate the programme to help us to improve the programme’s delivery and to enable us to illustrate the value of mentoring to future participants.

Your first session would be free, and the subsequent 5 sessions would cost £400.
