Support Worker (Resettlement Coordinator, Domestic Abuse)

The Resettlement Co-Ordinator will deliver bespoke planned resettlement provision for women and children who are leaving the refuge services in Central Bedfordshire and Bedford Borough, as well as enable clients to make decisions regarding their accommodation, produce and review resettlement and safety plans and support individuals to move into independent living. You will ensure a high standard of service delivery is achieved by championing YMCA Bedfordshire’s values, policies and procedures including safeguarding clients and families.
