How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri during office hours to arrange interview. Require 2 proofs of ID, proof of income and 2 references and interview.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

10 full time and 2 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (10 residents per key worker). Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least monthly. Staff provide support around independent living, life skills, employment and move on. Residents not working or attending a college course must attend the in-house training programmes.
