Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-21, including ex-offenders, care leavers and people with mental health problems. No local connection required as it depends on the Homeless Prevention Panel.
Who we cannot help
People who have a history of violence or arson, those who are addicted to drugs or alcohol.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency via the local Homeless Prevention Panel.
Phone or call in daily 9am-6pm. Application form and interview. Require background information from referral agencies.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 week
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
1 full time and 3 part time staff, including night support workers. Compulsory keywork system. Staff provide personal support, assistance and advice with living skills, employment, training and education.

£11.75pw from residents (shared house) receiving benefits.

- Furnishings: Rooms fully furnished, with washbasins. Flats have ensuite facilities.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must attend keywork and residents' meetings. Must engage with accredited life skills training (practical housing units). No alcohol allowed on the premises for under 18s. Licence agreement.
Until 10.30pm, no overnight guests in single rooms. No restrictions in rest of project.
Buses 21, 21a stop outside.
