Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-21 with support needs. Must have a local connection to West Devon.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone, call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write for application form, completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview. Require relevant background reports.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
1 part time member of staff visits residents weekly. Keywork system (3 residents per worker), weekly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every month, then at 3 and 6 month intervals.

Residents are responsible for paying own utility bills.

Assured shorthold tenancy.
Between 9am-11pm. Occasional overnight guests with prior permission.
