Who is the project for?

Who do we help?

Young people aged between 16-25 who have been identified as at risk of homelessness and in need of supported accommodation.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

E-mail for an application form, completed by applicant and referring agency. Applications also accepted via Homeless Prevention Panels and Local Authority Children's placements. Interview with young person and supporting adult if requested by young person. Require any relevant background reports and a full risk assessment.

Length of stay

  • Minimum stay: 1-3 Months
  • Maximum stay: 2 Years

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Keywork system with weekly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every month-6 months. Support Staff are on-site at Highland Villa day and night, and are available for the other sites. On-call member of staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
