Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs, extension to 25 for people with a disability. Applicants must have a local connection to the area.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
All referrals via Fareham & Gosport Young Person's Supported Housing Panel.
Application form completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview. Require proof of ID and relevant background information.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
2 full time and 1 part time staff, sleep-in cover. Keywork system (2 residents per worker), weekly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed fortnightly-monthly. Staff provide advice and support with independent living skills, budgeting, cooking, and access to employment and training.

£11.50pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Furnishings: Rooms partly furnished, with washbasins, fridge and cooker.
- Disabled facilities: 1 ground floor room is accessible to wheelchair users. Adapted bathroom.
Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must attend house meetings. Must be looking for work or in training. Must take part in communal cleaning rota. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own room. Licence agreement.
Maximum 2 per resident 9am-11pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-midnight Fri-Sat. 1 overnight guest Fri-Sat.
Fareham train station - 20 minutes walk. Fareham bus station - 5 minutes walk.
