Who do we help?
Young single homeless people with support needs. Applicants must have a local connection to Hampshire.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
All referrals via two sources, Early Help Hub and Placement Commissioning Team
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write for an application form, completed by applicant and referral agency. Assessment interview. Require proof of ID and relevant background information.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
5 staff provide 24/7 cover with emergency on-call system. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed bimonthly. Staff provide support around independent living skills and work training. Advice on finance, housing benefit, practical living skills. Signposting to other agencies.

£15pw approx required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Furnishings: Rooms partly furnished, with washbasins, fridge, freezer.
- Disabled facilities: 1 flat is accessible to wheelchair users.
Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Smoking allowed in bedsits only. Licence agreement for bedsits, assured shorthold tenancy for flat.
Maximum 2 per resident until 8pm. 1 overnight guest per resident Fri or Sat.
Gosport Ferry train station - 20 mins walk. Ham Lane bus stop - 3 mins walk.
