Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-24 with a local connection to Weymouth and Portland (living in the area for a minimum of 6 months).
Who we cannot help
Arsonists, sex offenders or people with a history of violence.

- Maximum age accepted: 24
How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Weymouth and Portland Housing Advice.
Application form completed by referral agency before interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
5 full time and 5 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (4 residents per keyworker), compulsory meetings weekly or more often. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide support with living skills, employment and training, and help with budgeting, benefits, cooking, form filling.

- Disabled facilities: 8 rooms accessible to wheelchair users.

House rules and tenure
Compulsory keywork and action plan support. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in flats. Licence agreement.
Between 10am-11pm Sun-Thurs, 10am-12 midnight Fri & Sat.
Weymouth train station - 2 minutes walk.
