Who do we help?

Single homeless people. Can accept couples in separate rooms. Priority given to those with a local connection to Woking.

Who we cannot help

No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone or call in Sun-Fri 7am-10.30pm, Sat 7am-8.30am, 6pm-10.30pm. Require proof of ID for Housing Benefit.

Length of stay

  • Minimum stay: 1 night
  • Maximum stay: 21 nights

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Full time and part time staff, 8 volunteers, sleep-in cover. Keyworker system. Staff provide advice and support around benefits, housing and independent living skills. Advice sessions and workshops Mon-Thurs in the Day Centre.

£14pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Licence agreement. Must engage in day centre activities.
