Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people. Can accept couples in separate rooms. Priority given to those with a local connection to Woking.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept self-referrals and referrals from any agency.
Phone or call in Sun-Fri 7am-10.30pm, Sat 7am-8.30am, 6pm-10.30pm. Require proof of ID for Housing Benefit.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 21 nights
Support and accommodation
Full time and part time staff, volunteers, sleep-in cover. key worker system. Staff provide advice and support around benefits, housing and independent living skills. Advice sessions and workshops Mon-Thurs in the Day Centre.

£14pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Other facilities: Lounge, use of computer during day centre opening hours and evenings. Move on properties have gardens.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Licence agreement.
Visitors are not permitted in night shelter. Visitors by agreement in move on properties. Licence agreement.
Woking train station - 10 minutes walk.
