Who do we help?
Single homeless men and women, including up to 4 young mothers with a child under 3 years of age. Local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Those with a history of violence or abusive behaviour, arsonists, sex offenders. People whose needs are greater than the service can provide.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from Harrow Housing Provision Team, Harrow YOT, Harrow Children's Services, Ealing Social Services.
Contact during office hours. Interview, risk assessment. Require proof of ID and housing benefit documentation.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 month
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Staff provide waking cover 24/7. Regular keywork sessions. Staff give support on maximising income, personal development, life skills, meaningful use of time, accessing employment and training, help with CV writing.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking allowed on the premises. Residents are expected to engage with support offered. Mix of assured shorthold tenancies and licence agreements.
8am-10pm. Overnight guests by prior arrangement.
South Harrow tube station close by.
