Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Homeless people aged 16-35 with support needs such as mental health, drug or alcohol problems, learning difficulties or physical disabilities. Must have a local connection to LB Ealing.
Who we cannot help
Sex offenders, people with a history of violence.

How to get a referral
All referrals via LB Ealing Specialist Support Team. Homeless applicants claiming benefits must be referred by LB Ealing Housing Options, Ealing SPOT or Social Services.
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form. Assessment. Interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
9 support staff available 8am-10pm, night support staff 10pm-8am. Compulsory keywork support and resettlement advice and assistance. Support plans with regular reviews. On-site foyer scheme which provides training and employment support. Referrals to outside counselling services and other specialist agencies. Learning Power Award life skills training programme, basic IT skills and move on sessions.

£29.17pw in catered rooms, £11.95pw in studio flats, £6.86pw in bedsits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol, khat or smoking allowed on the premises. Supported residents must attend support sessions. Licence agreement.
Between 8am-12 midnight. Overnight guests only with staff permission. No under 16s.
South Ealing/Ealing Broadway tubes - 10 minutes walk.
