Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with low support needs. Can accept couples, if relationship has been of significant duration. No direct referrals taken. Local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Schedule 1 offenders. All other applications considered on need and scheme balance

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
All applications must come through the Thrive Gateway. We work in partnership with various supported housing agencies and local councils. We do not offer emergency accommodation
Referral procedure
Applications taken through the Thrive Gateway www.inspire2thrive.co.uk or by completing paper form and returning it to us. Incomplete applications will be returned. Completed applications are assessed within 10 working days and then placed on a waiting list.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
Support workers available Mon-Fri 9.00am-8.00pm, and for reduced hours Sat & Sun. key worker system with weekly meetings. Staff provide advice and support around life skills, education, training and employment. We also offer emotional and practical support. We have waking night staff for security 365 days a year.
Rooms and charges
£5.00 for tenants in Consort House, covering wifi and water costs. All other charges are paid direct by the tenant.

House rules and tenure
Assured shorthold tenancies. Licence agreement for 2 bedroom flat. No under 16s to stay in any of our properties overnight or to be present without parent/guardian.
Visitors
Overnight guests with staff permission, maximum 3pw. No visitors under 16 without staff permission.
