Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25. Local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Schedule 1 offenders. People with serious drug or alcohol issues.

How to get a referral
Accept self-referrals and referrals through the HRS Portal
Phone or call in daily 24 hours. Application form and interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
Equivalent of 30 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Engagement worker allocated to each client to work through 'passport to independence'. Staff offer help with employment and training, living skills and benefits claims.
Rooms and charges
£15-£35pw (depending on property/facilities) required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Other facilities: Some sites have lounge, sports complex.
Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in some areas only. Licence agreement.
Between 10.30am-10.30pm. Some properties allow overnight guests.
