Who do we help?
Young people leaving care, young people at risk aged 16-25 with low, medium or high support needs. Must have a local connection.
Who we cannot help
Placement Decisions will be made on a assessment of each persons needs and risks.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from LB Hillingdon children's and housing services only.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 month
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
9 full time and 5 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Action plan with agreed outcomes, compulsory quarterly reviews. Staff provide support around budgeting, CV writing, job and educational search, accessing benefits, and make referrals to external support services where appropriate.

£6.59-£7.45pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Furnishings: Bedsits fully furnished, including hob, microwave, fridge, starter kit.

- Disabled facilities: One bedsit is fully wheelchair accessible.
- Other facilities: Lounge, training room, garden.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on premises. Licence agreement, assured shorthold tenancy.
8am-12 midnight only. Limit of 3 visitors per room.
Uxbridge train and bus station - 5 minutes walk.
