Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single homeless people with support needs, including people with mental health and/or drug and alcohol problems. Priority to those with a local connection to RB Kingston upon Thames.
Who we cannot help
Placement Decisions will be made on a assessment of each persons needs and risks

How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from RB Kingston Homeless Persons Unit, occasionally Elmbridge Borough council, Social Services, Kingston Probation Service and Kingston Churches Action on Homelessness.
Phone 9am-5pm. Interview. Must have care plan and risk assessment already carried out. Require proof of ID eg passport or birth certificate.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 month
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
10 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (20 residents per key worker) with regular meetings. Care plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 3 months. Provide general advice and support, and help with benefits and independent living skills.

£29.85pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol or smoking allowed on premises. Must attend residents' meetings. Licence agreement.
Must leave by 11pm. No overnight guests.
Surbiton rail station - 5 minutes walk. Buses 65, 71, K1, K3, K4, 465, 514, 515.
