Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs. Will accept those with drug and alcohol issues, ex-offenders, and people on tags or subject to ASBOs. There are also 4 bed spaces for you single pregnant women. Applicants need a local connection to Reading area except in very special circumstances.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from associated professional via young people's housing panel at Reading Borough Council.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 4 weeks
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
15 full time and 3 part time staff, plus volunteers, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system, with weekly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff help with CVs and job search. Counselling service, drug and alcohol project. Compulsory support programme.

£14.28pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Must participate in programme of support. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Licence agreement.
Approved visitors only via keywork system. No overnight visitors.
