Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-24. Prioritise people aged under 18 and those with a local connection.
Who we cannot help
People who pose too high a level of risk.

- Maximum age accepted: 24
How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Norwich City Council, Broadland District Council and South Norfolk Council placement teams for children's services.
Needs assessment takes place within 10 days of referral.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
4 full time, 2 part time staff, 6 volunteer counsellors. Visit residents at least weekly. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed as necessary. Provide support around independent living skills, developing confidence and maintaining accommodation.

£11.14 required from residents receiving benefits. £146.13 weekly charge for supported lodgings.

House rules and tenure
Smoking usually only allowed in garden. Other restrictions may be agreed with individual hosts. Licence agreement.
Can usually have visitors but not overnight guests.
Most placements are on a good bus route to the city centre.
