Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-24. Local connection required.
Who we cannot help
People whose support needs or risk factor is unmanageable in a community setting.
- Minimum age accepted: 16
- Maximum age accepted: 24
How to get a referral
Only accept referrals from Norwich City Council, South Norfolk Council, Broadland District Council, Breckland and Norfolk children's services EDT teams only.
Referrals are taken by phone between 12-7pm.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 5 nights
Support and accommodation
1 full time and 1part time member of staff.
Rooms and charges
There is no charge for the accommodation.

- Total spaces: 11

- Disabled facilities: 1 volunteer host can accommodate a wheelchair user.

House rules and tenure
Must engage with support offered, adhere to curfew and follow rules.
Transport is provided to the homes of volunteer hosts.
