Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs. Priority given to people with a local connection to the East Riding of Yorkshire.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists, sex offenders and people with drug problems not involved in a recognised treatment programme.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. 1 short-term emergency bed via East Riding of Yorkshire Council/Social Services.
Write, phone or call in daily 8am-6pm. Application form. Interview. Require background information from agencies involved with applicants such as Social Services, CMHTs, Youth Offending Teams and the Probation Service.
Length of stay
- Maximum stay: 4 weeks/2 years
Support and accommodation
5 full time, 3 part time staff and 2 volunteers. Support available Mon-Fri 8am-9pm, Sat & Sun 8am-6pm. Security staff cover at other times. Keywork system (6 residents per key worker) with meetings arranged as required. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff offer support with independent living skills, drug, alcohol and legal issues, health needs and education and training.

£2.31pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed. Smoking only allowed in own rooms and covered shelter at rear of building. Licence agreement.
Between 8am-11pm Mon-Thurs, 8am-12 midnight Fri & Sat. Overnight guests may be allowed.
Goole train station.
