Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Homeless, in genuine risk of homelessness, or otherwise vulnerable when making the transition to independent living. In need of the support programme at the level offered. Aged 16 – 29 years old when they apply and move in. Pregnant women. This accommodation is not suitable for babies to live so alternative accommodation will need to be found prior to the birth.

How to get a referral
Accept self-referral but prefer if the person is referred by the: Council, In and out of County social services (16-17 year olds must be referred by a Social Service), Young Devon, Mental Health services, Adult social services.
4 stage process. Initial Visit, Application Form, Interview, Staff Team Decision.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: ? 1 Year
- Maximum stay: 2 Years
Support and accommodation
6 full time and 2 part time staff. Staff generally available 9am-10pm on week day and 2pm till 10pm on week -end, emergency on-call system. Compulsory keywork system with fortnightly meetings.

- Disabled facilities: 1 bedsit is fully wheelchair accessible. Several rooms have adaptations for deaf and visually impaired people.
