Who do we help?
Young single homeless people with support needs. Applicants must be engaged in employment, education or training. Must have a local connection to Worthing Borough Council area.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from Worthing Borough Council only.
Phone, call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write for application form. Interview. Need proof of ID and background information. Forms sent to Worthing BC Housing Services, Portland House, Richmond Road, Worthing, BN11 1HS.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
6 full time and 2 part time staff, available Mon-Fri 9am-8pm, Sat 12pm-8pm, and Sun 12pm-8pm when required. Compulsory keywork system (8 residents per key worker), weekly/monthly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide advice about benefits, employment and training options and support with life skills.

£12.09pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking allowed in own rooms only. Licence agreement.
9.30am-11pm daily. 2 overnight guests per 7 day period.
Worthing train station - 10 minutes walk.
