Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with a local connection to Eastbourne.
Who we cannot help
Applications considered on a case by case basis, however, those with a history of sex offences and arson may be declined.

How to get a referral
All referrals are made through Lewes-Eastbourne Housing department and Children’s services.
All referrals come from Eastbourne Borough Council Housing Department. Phone Mon-Fri 10am-5pm to arrange an interview. Require proof of identity, references and some background checks.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
3 full time and 1 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system, with weekly meetings. Regular residents' meetings.

£8.90 per week required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Residents must attend keywork and More Than a Arrom sessions. No alcohol or illegal substances allowed on the premises. Smoking in own room only. Licence agreement.
Between 9.30am-12 midnight. No overnight guests.
Train station - 25 minutes walk.
