Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with a local connection to Eastbourne.
Who we cannot help
No automatic exclusions. Applications considered on a case by case basis.

How to get a referral
Accept referrals from Children & Adult Services, Youth Support, Youth Offending teams and Eastbourne Borough Council.
Named agency referrals only. Phone for an application form Mon-Fri 9am-5pm completed by applicant and referral agency prior to interview. Must have proof of ID, eg NI number.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: None
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
5 full time, 1 part time day, 3 part time night staff, 1 manager, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork sessions with weekly meetings. Staff help with training and personal development needs, social and life skills, signposting to other agencies.

£8.05pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

- Disabled facilities: 2 rooms accessible to wheelchair users. Warden call system in all rooms.

Rules and policies
House rules and tenure
Must participate in training. No alcohol or smoking allowed. Licence agreement.
Maximum 3 in room 4-11pm, 4-12 midnight Fri, 9-12 midnight Sat, 9-11pm Sun. Overnight by agreement.
Eastbourne train station - 2 minutes walk.
