Who do we help?
Young single people in housing need aged 16-25, will consider those up to 30. Local connection is not essential, but Cheshire applications will be prioritised.

No automatic exclusions.

How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency. All referrals via Cheshire East Single Point of Access at www.cheshireeastsp.org.uk
Phone SPA Worker on 01625 378219 or apply through website. Interview.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 night
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
13 full time staff, 24 hour cover. Staff offer support on an individual basis as needed. Housing related support in preparation for independent living. Referrals to health and other agencies. Engagement Team available weekdays 9am-9pm offering a variety of informal learning sessions and activities.

£11pw required from residents receiving benefits.

- Furnishings: Rooms fully furnished, with washbasins and fridges.

- Disabled facilities: 1 first floor room fully wheelchair accessible, with adapted toilet.
- Other facilities: Games room, IT suite, music café, laundry, allotment garden, courtyard.

House rules and tenure
Smoking allowed in own room and courtyard only. Excluded licence agreement.
8am-12 midnight. Under 18s must provide ID. Overnight guests with staff permission.
Crewe train station - 10 minutes walk.
