Who do we help?
Young single homeless people aged 16-35 with support needs. No local connection required.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists and Schedule 1 offenders.

- Maximum age accepted: 35
How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency including Housing Solutions.
Application forms. Interview and risk assessment. Require proof of ID and additional background information.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Maximum stay: 18 months
Support and accommodation
8 full time staff and 2 part time.. 24 hour waking cover. Weekly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed weekly. Staff provide advice and support with life skills training in order to prepare for independent living.

£10pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

Must attend keywork meetings. No alcohol allowed on the premises. Smoking in own room only. License agreement
Not allowed (except immediate family, by prior arrangement).
