How to get a referral
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
All referrals come through the YMCA's Reconnect site. Phone for an appointment Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Referral interview and risk assessment.
Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 1 Night
- Maximum stay: 2 Years
Support and accommodation
Three projects with total of 10 full time staff, available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. 6 Night support workers, emergency on-call system. Staff offer help with budgeting, domestic skills, accessing employment and training and making contact with other agencies. Staff provide the life skills programme.

Burton Railway Station. Our accommodation is all town centre based.
We have/require volunteers for the following: Administration, fundraising, retail work, van help, foodbank, counselling, skill sharing, trustees and YMCA ambassadors - 80 volunteers. 01283 538 802 - volunteering enquiry.
