No groups excluded although enhanced risk assessment for arsonists and sex offenders.

All referrals currently from Brighton & Hove City Council Supported Accommodation Panel.

Length of stay
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Maximum stay: 2 years
Support and accommodation
24 hour staff cover with key working support 8am to 10pm.

£17.54pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.
