Staff on site Mon- Thurs 7.30am-5pm & Fri 9.30-2.30pm. Night receptionist Mon-Fri 8pm-4am On call service out of hours Keyworking system

House rules and tenure
Alcohol allowed, smoking in own flats only. Residents are required to engage with support and keyworking. Assured shorthold tenancy.
Children allowed with Manager's agreement. Overnight guests for a maximum of 3 consecutive nights.
Brighton train station 10 minute walk away. Bus stops 2 minutes away.
