Single, homeless young people aged 16-25 with low – medium support needs.
Who we cannot help
Arsonists, sex offenders, schedule 1 offenders.

- Maximum age accepted: 25
How to get a referral
Referrals accepted from all agencies, Self-referrals also accepted.
Referrals can be made by phone or a referral form can be requested by email. All applicants must attend an interview at the project and a support needs/risk assessment will be completed. Applicants must be able to provide at least one reference.

- Maximum stay: 2 Years

1 Key Support Worker (U18’s) 1 Housing and tenancy Sustainment Officer 1 Housing Services Manager Concierge Service 9pm – 7am Life Skills, cooking, budgeting, resettlement, 1-1 key work sessions
